Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship to 13 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Available destinations are shown at checkout. We are working to expand this list.

Processing Time
Orders are sourced, quality-checked, and packed at our Seoul hub within 5–8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel ships.

Delivery Time
Total delivery typically takes 11–18 business days from order to doorstep, including sourcing, processing, and international transit. Delays caused by customs or local carriers are outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means your parcel clears customs before delivery and you should not be billed additional fees by the courier on arrival. In the rare event that a carrier does bill you an import fee, contact us at hello@seoulparcel.com with a copy of the charge and we will reimburse you.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status anytime using the link in your confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at hello@seoulparcel.com and we'll help investigate.
